Wearable data in. What to do today, out.
Flow reads your sleep and activity from your wearable, learns how your body and your week actually work, and tells you the one or two things worth doing today — with the numbers behind them.
Today
What to do right now — water in the morning, a real bedtime at night — and why you're tired, against your own nights rather than population averages.
You
A model of you: biology, psychology, habits, goals and constraints. Every value says where it came from — measured, told, likely, or a pattern in your own data.
Honest by design
Patterns, never causes. When your data can't prove something yet, Flow says so instead of guessing.
What Flow reads, and why
If you connect a Fitbit, Flow asks Google Health — with your permission, read-only — for your sleep, steps, workouts, weight and height. It uses them for one thing: to work out your patterns and your plan for the day, shown only to you. Flow never writes to your Google account, never sells or shares your data, and never uses it for ads. You can remove its access at any time in your Google account. The privacy policy has the details.
